YAS Links in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Set along the rippling shores of the Arabian Gulf, Yas Links Abu Dhabi is one of the few true links courses in the Middle East, designed by Kyle Phillips. Its landscape—sandy dunes, coastal wind, mangroves, and open seaside terrain—offers a dramatic contrast to the desert beyond. During my shoot, I was looking forward to aerial views, but the weather closed that door. Even without the drone, the textures, linework, and natural drama of Phillips’s design came through in every frame.
